1. Inspection
We walk through your home with you, identifying problem areas to concentrate on.
2. Pre-vacuum
Our high powered, 4 level HEPA filtration vacuum removes over 99% of particles 1 micron & larger.

3. Prep work area
We will wear shoe covers, protect corners, move light furniture in the work area, and cover any stainless appliances as needed.
4. Pre-spray
Your floors are treated with commercial products that are powerful yet safe cleaning agents to loosen deep down soil and contaminants.
5. Agitation
This step dislodges embedded dirt in heavily soiled areas, working in the pre-spray and scrubbing the grout lines to prepare for the next step.
6. Deep steam clean
High pressure, high heated water powered by commercial machinery is used on your tile & grout.
Along with the latest in grout cleaning technology we steam clean and rinse for a powerful, deep down clean.
This process includes powerful vacuum suction that doesn’t leave behind the dirt and water that can settle back down in the grout lines.

7. speed dry
High velocity air movers are placed on the floor immediately after cleaning to promote faster drying.
